This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. By using Omnilys you agree to these rules. We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you break them.


1. Don't upload data you have no right to upload

You must have the legal right to upload, store, and analyze the data you put through the Service. That includes:

If a third party (your employer, your customer, a regulator) tells us your upload violated their rights, we may delete the data, suspend your account, and cooperate with their investigation.

You must not use Omnilys output as the sole or primary input into decisions that materially affect a specific person's rights, opportunities, or access to services, including:

If Output informs such a decision, a qualified human must independently review and confirm any conclusion. This is required by Terms of Service §9 and reflects applicable AI laws including, where relevant, the Colorado AI Act, Illinois AI rules, and NYC Local Law 144.

When you use the Service, the data you submit may also be subject to the policies of the AI Model providers. Each provider prohibits certain content; if your data violates their policy it may also violate this AUP.

8. Workspace owner responsibility

If you are the owner or admin of an Omnilys workspace, you are responsible for ensuring your members comply with this AUP. Misuse by a member can lead to suspension of the entire workspace.

9. How we enforce

We may, at our discretion and without liability:

If you believe someone is using Omnilys in violation of this AUP, write to abuse@omnilys.com with as much detail as you can share.

We may update this AUP. The current version is always at /aup. Continued use after a material change means you accept the change.
